Once you engage us, we kick things off with big ears.  We ask a lot of questions and listen carefully . . . and ask more questions.  Once we’ve learned what we need to know about your company, team, technologies, projects etc – we devise our search strategy.  Next, the search is initiated.

Search & Attract

The mission begins.  We’re hyper-focused on scouring the candidate universe and attracting world class talent.  Then, we’ll screen for technical and cultural match.  If the candidate aligns with your criteria, we’ll complete a thorough tech assessment and performance focused interview.  This in-depth screening is completely customized per position.

Select & Deliver

We interview, rank and select.  Then, we deliver top talent to your inbox.  We send only a select few candidates – complete with details revealed throughout the screening process.  When candidates make it through our in-depth assessment, you can be confident meeting them is worth your time.

Interview & Offer

Interviews are scheduled and occur.  Feedback is provided by all parties.  We proceed accordingly.  If that means moving candidates through the rest of the interview process, we do.  If you’re ready to make an offer, we facilitate.  Ultimately, an offer is made to a candidate who accepts.

Onboard & Celebrate!

We assist with your on-boarding needs.  Then, we check in after your new employee has begun.  Once it is clear your new team member is a great fit, we celebrate our success.
